VIP Promotions

1. Promotion runs from 00:00 GMT until 23:59 GMT on 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd February 2012.
2. The On The House rebate applies to whatever the House takes across all games in the Casino, with the exception of any variation of Live Baccarat.
3. A minimum of $100 must be transferred into a player’s Casino account during promotional hours for them to qualify for the On The House rebate.
4. Players must Opt In to be eligible for this promotion. The latest a player can Opt In is 23:59 GMT on the day of the promotion. Players only have to Opt In once to be eligible for all future On The House promotions.
5. To be eligible for the rebate players must play a minimum of 50 hands or spins during promotional hours.
6. Losses will be refunded at a rate of 25%, with a minimum of $50 and a maximum of $2,000 being paid back into a player's account. Rebates will be credited the day after the promotion has finished. All rebates must be wagered a minimum of 20 times before they can be transferred or withdrawn from a player's account.
   
7. To qualify for this promotion a player must be eligible to receive the minimum $50.
8. Any prize/bonus amounts offered will be calculated using the current currency multiplier table as determined at the sole discretion of bet365.
9. Only wagers made on Real Money games will contribute towards the wagering requirement. Wagers made with bonus, prize or rebate funds will not count towards the wagering requirement.
10. Where a customer requests a withdrawal or transfer out of their gaming account, prior to the necessary wagering requirement being met, they will lose all bonus and winnings attributable to the account. Only the sum of the original deposit or remaining balance of the original deposit will be withdrawable.
11. No minimal risk wagering is allowed to contribute towards any part of this promotion, including bonus wagering requirements or the accumulation of any points. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their bonuses or cash prizes risk having their bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent winnings removed.
12. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, bet365 reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and in their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, void the free bets or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus. In addition bet365 reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the deposit bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover administrative costs. We further reserve the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient documentation for us to be satisfied in our absolute discretion as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
13. All bet365 offers are intended for recreational players and bet365 may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion.
14. All customer offers are limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, same payment account number (e.g. debit or credit card, neteller etc), and shared computer, e.g. school, public library or workplace. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of any offer or all offers to any customer or group of customers. Offers only apply to customers who have made a real money deposit with bet365.
15. bet365 reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion.
16. bet365 reserve the right to use first names, nicknames and/or alias in any announcements about tournament results, recipients of any promotional bonus and Progressive Jackpot winners.
17. Players who qualify will be given the option to accept or decline their prize/bonus. If a player chooses to decline they cannot later ask for the prize/bonus to be credited to their account.
18. Employees, officers and directors of bet365, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
